i just sent off resume version 72, to the milwaukee art museum. maybe someday i'll have a two-year contract to organize children's art classes!
the job is suspiciously attractive. why would MAM need to advertise it in the paper? seems like there's about a thousand recent grads who are jumping at the position.
anyway, tweaking the ol' resume and writing the cover letter made me feel productive yesterday morning. as my boss says, "i have accomplished much!"
i'm excited about this weekend - Halloween weekend! woohoo! seriously, woohoo! friday will be the yearly halloween bash at luke's house. i wouldn't be nearly as pumped up about it if i didn't know that a certain someone named erik/c is going to be there.
i'm on a mission. i aka angela chase will be on the hunt for erik/c aka half-black-half-white man. (okay, when he told me about his costume plans, i initially imagined the absolute worst: black face?!? racial mockery?!? however, in the true tradition of every guy i've ever fallen for, eric/k is trully strange and only wearing an outfit that is quite literally half white fabric and half black fabric. like a black and white cookie!)
i really need this to happen. so maybe i'm a whiner, since it's only been a couple months since i last did it. but that's a long time for me. and really, it's also about a cuddle buddy, not just the fun and nasty parts.
